This programme brings together guitarist Carlos Wernicke and flautist Ernesto Schmied in an intimate chamber recital conceived as a journey through contrasting musical landscapes. Structured around selected Two-Part Inventions by Johann Sebastian Bach, the programme explores ideas of dialogue, pursuit, and return, using Bach’s contrapuntal clarity as a point of orientation within a wider musical narrative.

Moving across nearly five centuries, the programme weaves Baroque, Romantic, and modern repertoires with popular and vernacular resonances, creating a distinctive duo sonority for guitar and historical flutes.
